Dale W. Conrad
Mr. Conrad founded Government Payment Service, Inc. in 1997 and currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Dale has over 35 years of experience working both in and for the government at all levels—local, state and federal. He built the company from a small business to a nationally recognized name in government payment processing. Dale manages all company operations.
Patrick D. Curran
Patrick D. Curran is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Mainspring Capital Partners. Prior to co-founding Mainspring, Patrick was a Partner at Great Hill Partners where he specialized in technology and business services investments. He was also the Chairman and Founder of Managed Storage International. He has extensive private equity and financing experience on Wall Street. Prior to Wall Street, Patrick was a Manager and Certified Public Accountant with Ernst and Young. Patrick holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Accounting from Boston College.
E. Miles Kilburn
Mr. Kilburn has been a private investor since 2004 and he currently serves as chairman of Clearent, LLC, a next generation merchant payment processing organization. Miles is also a Director and Chairman of the audit committee for Global Cash Access Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: GCA). Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Concord EFS, Inc., and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Star Systems, Inc. Before his move into the payments industry, Miles was an attorney with Skadden Arps. Miles holds a JD from Northwestern University School of Law and a BA in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Washington.
Fred C. Lane
Mr. Lane is Chairman, CEO and a Founding Partner of Lane, Berry & Co. International. Previously, Fred was a Managing Director of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, as well as of Credit Suisse First Boston upon its acquisition of DLJ. The founder of DLJ's first regional investment banking office in Boston in 1980, he spent more than half of his career in New York, where he served on the Firm's Equity Underwriting, Banking Review and Fairness and Valuation Committees. From 1989 to 1995, he was Co-Head of DLJ's Mergers and Acquisitions Department. An active private equity investor, he has extensive experience with growth companies which have combined organic growth with growth through acquisitions. Fred received his BA, Cum Laude, from Harvard College in 1971, and his MBA, With Distinction, from Harvard Business School in 1973.
Curt Rossman
Curt Rossman joined the Credit Suisse's Customized Fund Investment Group in July-2006. Previously he worked in Eli Lilly's Corporate Strategy/Business Development organization where he was actively involved in the firm's venture capital and mergers and acquisition efforts. Mr. Rossman holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
